Rotini
Well, today I made Rotini for lunch.
I bought the spaghetti sauce at Wal-Mart it costs $0.92 cents
The shrimp was bought at Aldi's for $3.49.
And the Rotini was brought at Wal-Mart for around $1. LOL
I boiled the rotini for 20 minutes.
I had defrosted the shrimp in a strainer, running it under cold water for about 5 minutes.
I took all the tails off of them before I had put the shrimp in the pan with the sauce.
It takes about 5 minutes for the sauce to cook.
All done & ready to eat now.
I added shredded Mozzarella cheese because it tastes really good like that - yum yum. LOL
A bag of shredded cheese costs $1.98 at Wal-Mart.
I usually add mushrooms in the pasta, but had no mushrooms this time, but it's nice to try something different. :)

Stiry Fry LOL O__O
Well, today I did my first stir fry for my family.
I put multi colored peppers in it, fresh mushrooms, & shrimp.
Fried it for about 15 mins.
I love cooking.
I saved the seeds from the peppers, because I'm going to be planting a pepper garden :)
This is how the Stir fry looked when I first put it all in the pan :D
This is how is looked when it was all cooked & ready to come out of the pan & ready to eat :D
Tasted quite good, my family really enjoyed it.
I have always enjoyed cooking for my family, I have been cooking for almost 10 years.
